That usually is the case in MHFU too. I think they are pretty short range. I say if you can hit them with a melee, you can hit them with the shelling. Hopefully they fixed the scaling issues with it in Tri Ultimate.

I wish it came in silver or orange like the gamecube did, I plan on getting the black one, but only because of the extra memory, I'd rather have a white one so my controllers can match the console and still be easy to find if I drop them on the floor.

Been abusing the DLC maps for easy early level grinding so now I have some monster characters at least in comparison to the average enemies..Donnel is a beast that got paired up with another beast...xD in this case I paired him up with Nowi, still thinking of who to pair Nah with..well after I rescue her that is..

Also played that MH demo which is pretty nice, though I had trouble playing with bow ...the controls took a little getting used to on the 3DS..suffice to say I think the melee classes are a lot easier to play -.-''
