What is more is that, aside from standard epileptic reduction alterations, the product is slated to be released unaltered. No legal issues or any of the other stuff suspected of keeping it back.

Well I got Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen... turns out I still had that gift voucher my father gave me on Christmas... which means I didn't have to spend a single cent on it! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Anyway, grabbed my set of Heaven's Keys before going to the new area. The look and feel of Bitterblack Island kinda reminds me of Demon Souls so far... which is a good thing. The Gorecyclops was pretty irritating though. Tried to climb on him and stab him the eye (Something a Ranger wouldn't normally do, I know), but got grabbed by him. My pawn (Brought her along... to avoid a repeat of that Maneater chest) desperately tried to rescue me... but failed.

Ended up resorting to my bow and sniping at him from those treacherous bridges. Took forever though. He's got a ton of HP and has few vulnerable points. Bah. At least I got neat fire enchanted bow from him... too bad its a short bow =/

^ The split Magic/Strength-weapons may have a few issues with penetrating defenses in Bitterblack. Obviously, you'd still want them if you're using Magic-skills, but maybe not so much for Strength-skills. The old Dragon-weapons are strong now, but Bitterblack-gear is damn good.

Yeah I noticed that, the Dragon's Vein and Dragon's Blink are just amazing now. My terribad magic stat is starting to show itself as well, since my Galvanic Razors can't even scratch the Eliminator. It's supposed to be weak to lightning right?

The Gazer though was ridiculously easy. I wouldn't know how a melee character would hurt him though.

^ Don't know about weaknesses, but from what I've heard, looting that isle for a while will remedy most weak stats. Maybe not all. Haven't heard much for Health or Stamina, which are still quite valuable.

Oh, important notice! Cursed items change depending on your and your main pawn's class-colours. Yellow, red and blue, you know?
Each cursed item seems to have a small set of possible results, so it will always be purified into the same thing when you're both Fighters, but a different thing when you're both Sorcerers, or something like that.
Bottom line is, you can't savescum them into whatever you want, but you can get something that suits you better.


Edit: Some people are currently messing around with Mystic Knight of Tír Na Nóg. It seems as if the skills are fairly irregular in terms of Magic vs Strength. Don't take anything for granted about that.

^ That would probably explain why I keep getting a lot of Strider/Ranger/Assassin/Magick Archer gear. My Arisen is a Ranger and my Pawn is a Strider. Which is fine, since I'll get stuff that both myself and my pawn can use.

... Well except for that Magick Archer skill ring I just got. Its mocking me.
