Yes, some of the most annoying shortcomings of CoH1 have been fixed in CoH2. Some others haven't, though some would consider that part of the game being 'hard'.

EO4 > EO2 = EO3 > EO1 (I'm sorry, EO1's just the weakest in the series for me. The main story and gameplay are great but the quests and minimal character development for most of the characters kill it for me.)

Really, if you were to ask me at any time what game I'm playing, I'd always give one of these or a game I only just recently bought:
RCT2, Pokémon B2/S/LG/C/E/SS/B/Pl/P, EO2, NFS:HP2, TR2, EO3, FE13, EO4, NFS:HS, TR3

Kudos to the person who can decrypt the game list.

I would've put EOIII on my top (robots! Cthullu! Multiple paths that gives a reason for New Game+!!), but man, some classes just feel gimmicky (especially the Yggdroid ), as well as damage options (Charge+anything, Warrior's Might...).


I really do like EOIV, although it really feels that it doesn't have the content that III had, although I do kinda understand why.
