Yah, the Night Owl ordinance only makes most shops stay open until 0:00, and Re-Tail until 2:00. If I want to visit friends in N-America, I have to stay up until 4:00ish. That's two hours of storage cramming. And having them visit me is pointless with all the shops closed. I wish there were a 24/7 ordinance. Maybe I should just set the in-game time a couple of timezones earlier. But then I wouldn't be able to do much in the morning.
