Do pawns scale to your level at all, or should I just avoid using high level pawns?

^ Pawns your own level or lower are free. That's the only scaling. Each pawn has the level it has, until updated on the owner's end.

Do you have to be minimum height to get through goblin holes? it won't let me even though my character is barely taller than one.
