^ No, I was talking about stat-total. Nowi's contribution through Nah is just incidentally slanted to Def.
The only skills Morgan might need Nah for are Manakete-stuff and things passed from males.

It is about what you play. I have not gotten any StreetPasses for Etrian Odyssey or Kid Icarus, but plenty for Awakening. Also, while I StreetPass people who own Animal Crossing, i don't always get it from them, probably because it takes a bit longer. Also need relevant data to be enabled, but you knew that.
When you do, you will have an indistinguishable green light that can be seen even while your 3DS is closed. Your home page will notify you as well, and the appropriate software will have a green dot on its icon.

My Glob, did they really make Incense-farming that convenient in SMT IV?

Huh?
The Overclocked-thing is pretty clever, though.

I've finished Shin Megami Tensei on the SNES.

^ Europe is unpopular.
Edit: Because you're jealous.

Europe is probably difficult to translate for, since you have multiple languages, laws, distribution, etc.
Shadowrun Returns: Spent some time playing this. I actually like it, but it's pretty limited. The initial campaign seems to be more an introduction to the series and its concepts; so far I've seen shamanistic spirit talking and matrix running. Some game play choices seem to be controversial, mostly involving only being able to autosave at the beginning of a story section or level, and that the game is pretty linear in pacing. Matrix running is also limited to just wandering some nodes and attacking (developers themselves were disappointed in how they did it, but the budget was pretty limited).
So far, seems we'd better hope some god-like storytellers and game designers come around to make the purchase much more worth while. Some people are attempting to remake the SNES game, for example. Otherwise, so far, it serves as an intro to Shadowrun.

Excuses indeed. Most of Europe would gladly accept English-only games. N-American games companies are just "Aaah, Europe! Aaah, difficult!" afraid of cold water.
So fewer games get European releases. So there are fewer European gamers or they just import the N-American releases. So European releases do worse. Repeat cycle.

So, I was right about the possibilities of there being more content by the community for Shadowrun Returns.
