There's also an N64 controller wired directly to usb on amazon if you'd prefer that. No dual analogue stick though, so shooters would be 100% out.

I would say he was deliberately hunting down the Medic, and travel time suggest his team was already winning so they could afford to suicide players for picks. He just came out of the spawn doors, so he likely switched to the loadout with the knowledge in mind.
