In other news, Nintendo plans to host a Nintendo Direct in collaboration with Capcom. The two companies are working together for Monster Hunter 4, so it will undoubtedly feature addition product information, and perhaps news of a yet unannounced product. I would be thrilled if they announced they sold Mega Man to a company that knows how to take proper care of him.

We get new something new for Smash Bros every month around the 12th, so hopefully this means a little something will slip its way in.

Edit - Other news is that Arc Systems, developers of Blazblue and Guilty Gear, are hard at work on a new RPG game: Stardust Amazonness. It is slated for a November 20th release in Japan.
While they have good intentions with the all-female cast, Asia has a rather twisted idea of empowering women so I am not going to approve it any time soon.

Barely playing Diablo III -> Account banned for use of third-party software and botting.

The only way I can fathom this is my account was nabbed by someone else and exploited. Never been banned from... anything, ever. My characters are not even that great. o.o Anyway, I will see if I can appeal this. If the ticket process doesn't work I have someone I can talk to from the inside to see about fixing this. It is all rather silly.

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy is receiving a sequel. For those unaware, this game is in of itself a spiritual successor to Four Heroes of Light, aiming to provide players with classic Final Fantasy style gameplay. The first entry is slated for a western release late 2013/early 2014, so if that goes well we will see an international release for the sequel. I wouldn't be surprised if it receives a different title.

They have a very strange idea of "difficulty". You can increase Monster Power, but it doesn't really make the game difficult. Things just take longer to kill. Anything that couldn't pose a challenge before is not suddenly relevant. When I played Demon Hunter and I got pulled in by Vortex, I would die before I had control of my character... Does not make me feel like I was not skilled enough if no amount of input would dictate whether I lived or die. The only way to prevent it is to fight it off screen and exploit the AI, which is bad design.

I was looking forward to Reaper of Souls, but if it means buying another game license, then I am not interested. It is really rather strange that I could be accused of hacking. My characters all have fun and silly builds which are not exactly the most optimal for farming.

That said, I like D3. My preference of the series is D1> D3 > D2. In general I detest systems of permanence in any form, which Diablo II emphasized the most of the series. It has better classes than D3, though. Witch Doctor does not even come close to replacing the Necromancer.

Yeah, you're right Ninten. Despite just being an upgrade, the silly title "Bravely Default: For the Sequel" sounds like, well, a sequel. They're adding auto-battle, two more save slots, and some other things I don't remember off the top of my head.

Hopefully this is what's being localized instead of the first version.
