Seeing as I've not played any REAL games since I got here to Costa Rica (I WOULD have brought my 3DS but crime is frankly insane around here so...), all I've had to play is just some generic web games. Somewhat boring, but I found one that's actually pretty fun and has had me interested for well more than a week now.

It's called , and it's basically an online life simulator browser game, but it's kinda more than that and is pretty hard to explain. It's completely text based, save from some icons and one picture at the very beginning, so I was kinda unsure of what to think of it at first, but daaaang is it fun once you get into it. I've created a lot of characters and I feel almost attached to every one of them and am genuinely pretty sad once they die, seeing as I've been with them since they were born and stuff.

Anyways, before I get too ahead of myself, I'd actually like to recommend some of you to , if you want or haven't already. It really is a good game. The only thing I should add that it's not exactly a little-kids game, and there are "sexual scenes", though I put it in quotation marks because they really don't go into any sort of detail about it AT ALL (Plus, as I mentioned, it's all text based) and all those scenes are easily skippable if you're squeamish. I don't recommend playing while depressed though, while the game refers to your characters going to a better place and it's really more of a happy death (That is, if you don't make bad choices...), it's still kinda sad to lose your old friends.

Also, I'm going to put this in a spoiler for those who don't want help, but if you plan on making a male character and don't want a swift death...

Other than that most of your choices are either obviously dangerous or not that damaging in the long run, or at least from what I've seen. Have fun! Or not if you don't want too, which is totally understandable, I won't judge...

I picked up SMT IV again after neglecting it for eight-ish months because of school. I was able to stumble into the neutral path so I guess I did something right? I forgot how good the game is at setting the mood. It may be the only game I've played just for the atmosphere alone.

If I recall correctly, Lizardman has the same moves as Sophitia in SCII. I have HD online as well, but I've not put much time in it, I forgot that you have to unlock most of the characters in weapon master and I've not yet mustered the morale to do so.

Did any of you ever played I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream? I swear it was one of the most messed up (both in terms of plot, characters & themes and even the game bugging out for me) games I've ever had the chance to play.

Auction is my favourite form of fighting game tournament.

So all the characters are written down and drawn at random, up to a typical bracket amount, like 8 or 16. When a character is pulled out, an auction is held to be able to play that character and participate. Of course, a low tier character will run for <$30, while high-tier characters can go for $50-100. At big events, even sucky characters can go for over $100, especially if they are the last character drawn.

The winner takes home EVERYTHING.

There was a pretty funny one at this year's UFGTX for Smash Bros. People pretty brave to put money down on random stage picks.

Then again, from your description, that's where any similarities end.

As for dialogue suggesting that a female MC might be lesbian, that's usually due to the male option being the default and the devs not bothering to change the dialogue. Not that it isn't cool to see lesbian MCs, but it's sadly more likely neglect than intent.
