@TWEWY: One of my favorite games. If you can't get used to the controls even after a long time, try the iOS port. You only control Neku and you'll still get to experience the story.

Tin Pin Slammer was the only part of the game I didn't like, because I was bad at it.

@garrett1502: Which KoF?
OT: I recently decided I can't stand the tiny ass screens on the 3DS any longer, resolution problems be damned. I obviously wouldn't get an XL now, what with the New 3DSes on the horizon and all, so I thought I would just have to put up with the long wait, but shockingly Australia of all places is actually getting them early. November 21st to be exact.
However, I am unsure whether to just upgrade to the new regular 3DS or go all the way with the new XL. Apparently the screens on the new regular version are 20% bigger than on the original. I wish I could see these things in person; it's hard to tell exactly what the different screens will be like with just the measurements.
The XL doesn't get the face plates and is more expensive as well.

<3 TWEWY did nothing wrong. I really wish they would make a 3DS port (or better yet... SEQUEL).
I never had a problem with the controls and always wondered why people bitched about it? If anything I thought they were addictive and fun and very new.

Xenoblade Chronicles. I actually had the game shelved away for some time but never got around to playing it. Shulk being in Smash Bros convinced me to go and actually start playing it of course. I'm actually really liking it a lot so far. I'm a little upset at myself for not doing so sooner.
I actually have a ton of games I haven't played collecting dust atm... I should probably start stop having a life and actually play them.... maybe.

Alright. You're feelin' it!
It's truly a glorious game. Considering I ended up clocking in nearly 100 hours, it was a pretty decent value. Not one of those games that uses petty techniques to elongate the experience. The main story all felt well put together and meaningful.

I started playing Theatrhyhm Final Fantasy Curtain Calls today after intentionally skipping in buying the first one. It makes me want there to be one in a similiar style, but use the Mega Man series (or to be honest the EO series would be fun too).

Playing Kingdoms of Amalur again. Apparently I suck at video games because the no-challenge even on hard game is wrecking my face at every turn. Apparently I'm doing something wrong like not seeing the wind ups of 3 enemies at once or turtling.
Also the release of Hyrule Warriors is making me want to try Twilight Princess again. The motion controls I experienced when I borrowed it turned me off about halfway through, I guess. Maybe WiiU/Motion Plus might help?

Confession: I usually don't take breaks from video games because it never really feels like I need to. It might be I take breaks on my own without thinking about it.
Wasteland 2 made me realize why people do that. Oh sure, it kept me in my seat and didn't make me want to leave until I finished with whatever I was doing... but it actually left me mentally exhausted, and in a bad way. And whose idea was it to give a specific task but not give you any way to look up what it was again? Where am I supposed to use this object in this massive complex? And I actually was thinking it'd be a good idea to start over to better perfect my team. Thinking about all that is probably why I'm exhausted from playing.
Starting to think I really just don't like classic CRPGs. And I kickstarted a bunch, too.
