Sony memory-technology is nuts. Everything is proprietary.

Played the Pokémon Etheral Gates demo, basically it's a gen 7 game with (in the final version) 200+ pokemon. Only now managed to beat the first gym leader after maybe 5 hours of gameplay, though it felt like 3 ½ hours of that was used to grind because the the gym leader was just waaay too strong. I only won because they confused themselves and killed themselves. I don't really like that high of a difficulty in a pokemon game. But I got a shiny while I was grinding, so if there's an EXP Share I'm gonna start training that one.

Broken Age was a fun point'n'click adventure game. The story was pretty cool too. Some puzzles were a bit annoying, but overall it was definitely worth it.
I'd recommend a PC version though. On Vita you can use both touchscreen or analog stick. The former is fairly accurate but doesn't show a cursor to indicate what's clickable/interactive. The latter does, but is slow and hard to point precisely. Games like this are definitely better with something that has both a cursor and is accurate.

Shadowrun Hong Kong, great stuff.
Also Pillars of Eternity, grabbed the expansion. The changes to attributes makes trying to optimize characters a bit of a headache now. At least you can now respec characters.

So me and my sister bought Until Dawn this past weekend. We both went half and half on it after watching a gameplay clip and both of us LOVING it (she actually knew it from having watched a trailer from a year ago or so). We are LOVING it to death. Each chapter we hand off to each other but as we go through the game we help each other make choices. So far our gameplay has been much like this:

Oh and meh, if you just don't want the spoilers, this video about sums up our playthrough

I finished playing Grinsia (3DS) the other day. It was a nice old-school RPG (think early FFs). The main character is male, and he's the only one you can't remove from the party even though he never talks, but otherwise it's a nice RPG. Not outstanding or deep or anything, just nice. Also available for smapho.
Yesterday I played (PC:Windows), a pretty cool scifi/horror themed point'n'click adventure. It's not super long, half a day if you take breaks now and then, a fun snack while you're waiting for a new game.
Currently waiting for Hatsune Miku Project Mirai DX and EOU2 (both 3DS).
Hong's post with tips last week gave me some ideas for a party, and the demo was fun (even though it was very limited), so I decided to add it to my preorder for the other game. Alas, just when I was putting in the order I got a confirmation email that that one had been shipped. Ah well, lucky for DHL I guess.
I've played the demo for Project Mirai a few times (it's just two songs), and got S rankings on Easy for both after a little practice. I like rhythm games, but they're always super hard >_<

Decided to finally binge on a second play through of SMT 4 that I was contemplating 2 months back. Since my first time around was a magic build I've settled on going with a Dex/Luck build. The first boss will be interesting due to how the early mechanics work. However, it will be a nice challenge to see, albeit, more than likely frustrating. On a side note, I've forgotten how bad the camera controls can actually be at times in those small corridors of Naraku.
3-1-1 (Dex, Agi, Luck) will be stat distribution up until the first boss. Once past him, I will switch to a 1-1-3 to balance the Luck back towards Dex and then will eventually settle down to 2-1-2.

^ You can do anything if you're lucky enough.
And the game actually has a smugness-mechanic.
