We haven't gotten most Atelier games, no, but the entire Atelier Iris series DID make it over and they were designed to be more like a typical JRPG. Apparently what was blocking the rest of the Atelier series was that Sony (and likely Nintendo before them) didn't think Americans would get a 2D RPG focusing on item creation. For what its worth, on top of the two Mana Khemia games, since Atelier Annie is also being localized, that basically means we'd have gotten every Atelier game since Atelier Iris. Except for Lise, but thats a good thing...

I'd probably be better off with My Japanese Coach, honestly. If I got a textbook it'd probably just collect dust and I MIGHT get through the introduction chapter before reaching a point where I can't be bothered to keep going...

Yeah, Sakura Taisen was a surprise. I know about the "announcement" at E3 but, like I said, I have my doubts. It is for the PS3, however, so it has a bonus of being easy to import in the event it doesn't make it here.

I use to be a Mario fan... then 64 happened. Now nothing they do appeals to me.

Awww, Super Mario World... there will never be another one like it....

I really liked Mario 64.

I'm bad at Mario games though >_<

Kind of funny because the only Mario platformer I like is Super Mario 64. I will be picking up New Super Mario Bros. Wii, though. Just for the co-op!

I'm going to shamelessly say right now that I think that could be a pretty cool idea.

Seriously.

It's like being 7 years old again and getting my big brother to help me beat a boss or something -- but then unlike with my brother I'd actually get the controller back!

And I'll probably get the new mario only if my fiance wants to co-op through it. But honestly Mario (and pretty much all platformers) isn't my thing

Except it'd be more like your brother beating it for you and then resetting the game. You can't save your progress if you let the game play for you.

*shrugs* I find it kind of silly but it isn't that much different than Strategy Guides / going to GameFAQs / YouTube except it is now a built-in feature. I kind of expect to watch the entire game to see how the developers thought it should've been done and compare that to how I did it.
Now can we get some Nintendo Hard mode games back so this feature isn't wasted? T.T
Oohh. Well that's different. It just shows you how to do it? Lame.

But, yeah, seeing the "perfect" play would be interesting. There are certainly games out there that I want to see played, I just don't want to actually play them...

I remember hearing somewhere that, at least in this version of it, it just displays a demo up in the corner of the screen rather than the full "kind code".
