It's looking like 7th Dragon won't be localized, unless Sega has some strange surprise in hiding somewhere. And like to wait a year for their localization announcements.

[spoiler]I picked up Magical Starsign because of everyone here raving about it and plus my sister was curious about it. She put in a few hours and promptly said it sucked. It made me laugh. I haven't put my time into it yet but I will ... eventually.[/spoiler]

Finally started Devil Survivor and got to Day 3 yesterday. Difficulty so far is "loleasy" and the Auction I quite like ... sort of. It feels a bit contrived and, honestly, just a straight "here buy these" would've been nice as it would've saved me the like 2-3s it takes to find the sweet spot bid (~75%-80% the Buy price). Eh, whatever. Not that big of a deal. Story is interesting at least and gameplay is fun, even if I can sort of not pay attention during fights.

[spoiler]Though Day 3 is so much harder than Day 1-2, though not that much. Mostly because Keisuke, as a unit, is terrible I haven't custom crafted anything for him yet and I have no idea what to do. I'm thinking getting some spells on him and keep two big burly demons to rape [s]him[/s] enemies but dunno. He's fast with meidocre Str/Mag and low Vit ... ugh.

Come on, when do I get Midori

Also, a game with a summoning program and I started following an anime with "MAGIC IS COMPUTER CODE" (Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou) yesterday ... at least I'm in the right mindset for this "technology."

Really? I love Magical Starsign. Then again, I care a lot of "cute" shit like clever dialog and worlds inhabited by pottery >___> also, it's designed around using magic and let's face it that is the best part of any RPG anyway

Mmm...magic. I always felt like there was a noticeable jump in difficulty after getting the Fire Gummi, or maybe that's just me.

I never felt there was a definite sad piece of music in the game, though.

Finish Devil Survivor yesterday ([BAD END]) and replaying it now for another route (nearing Day 4 after a few hours). Quite frankly ... where's mah difficulty at? Pretty much a yawnfest as far as difficulty was concerned to be honest; gameplay and story made up for it but the game is really, really easy

Also...
[spoiler]Don't do Yuzu's route if you're remotely depressed. The game berates you for sucking at life and being a little bitch for 5 minutes during the Ending. At least you don't die, I guess though the game makes it seem like that would've been a better option than running like a little bitch.

Also, sad that there's no closure on MC x Yuzu, but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. That was honestly one of my driving points as I played; come on romance sub-plot, not just the hints T.T I liked Haru more but still ... closure.

I'd imagine that a bunch of teenagers in that scenario would be fucking like crazy knowing they have 7 days ... ... fuck, I think that's the plot for every DS doujin huh. [/spoiler]

Most my play time was probably fusing Demons. Auction is a little tedious but after a few minutes with it you figure out how to exploit it to your needs. No compendium was a bit of an annoyance so having to re-level certain demons over and over and over again to get Passives for fusing / Mitamas was annoying as fuck. Magnetite for CMD Skills made a lot of fusing pretty much just "get passives, who cares actual skills place later."

Oh well. Loki Megidolaon raping this playthrough whee...hurry Day 7 let's go~

That and I, for some reason, decided to play PW: TaT again. Best of the three. I really want Ace Attorney Investigations/Gyakuten Kenji now. >,> Heh, I almost wrote Incestigations. Goooo, Edgeworth!

Oh, currently playing EO. :[ I remember now why I haven't played it in a while, too. I was on the floor where Iwaopeln was when FOEs ambushed me and killed me. >8 Didn't save then, too.

For what it's worth, DS spoilers (sort of)
[spoiler]Gin's route is the hardest so I wouldn't really suggest doing it first anyway. Plus you can't do it without doing a lot of Atsuro's events even if you do save him.

You do lose out on Kishin Take-Mikazuchi, who is a decent Physical Demon (assuming you can get Pierce onto him). Terrible resistance coverage though [/spoiler]

But yeah, I hate character death (especially if preventable) so my first run through saved everyone but I missed I think two events for unlocking two routes which was just sloppy play on my part.

I should've wasted less time on the pointless events like Honda, Yuzu, and Atsuro's 10Bit line [/spoiler]
