I've pretty much come to the conclusion that they hate us and that's why we don't get more of the Tales of titles.

Edit: And yeah, Tales of Symphonia was the best selling Tales of title in the US.

Huh...looking at it now it really does seem like it could be Phantasy Star Portable 2. But then again, ship wheel seems out of place for that, and a peek of that is already coming with Phantasy Star Portable in Japan eventually. Perhaps this is simply an entirely new ip? Far left silhouette looks like a mecha, and the far right one could potentially be one too. New sci-fi RPG with characters that fight in and out of mecha? Skies of Arcadia IN SPACE?

More I look at it, more I think the left-most silhouette is definitely a mecha. A person in armor seemed like a possibility, but the proportions are definitely more akin to a mecha.

On a sidenote: Whats with the number of announcements for announcements/countdowns for announcements lately?

I saw the picture and was all "WHY IS THERE A GUNDAM AND A HEART STAFF." I haven't given it much thought since to be honest. I'm really thinking more of a PS game though than anything else, or, as you said, a new IP entirely. It doesn't completely rule out Shining Force though:
