Eh ... not a big fan of it. Just kind of seems like images tacked together as opposed to what the P3/P3FES/P4 OPs do.
Also, why is [s]Minato-chan[/s]Female MC upside down the entire time. SOME NEW FEATURE SHE CAN'T EVEN STAND RIGHT.
Also, Ken was in like 80% of the shots. shotaconfirm.

To nearly everyone outside of Japan, Persona 3 was their first taste of Persona anyway ... so, yeah, probably.
[spoiler]Yeah yeah P1 and P2 released here too but P1 was in the dark days of localizing and P2 skipped half the fucking game. Besides, P3 popularity eclipses both of those so it's still a fair statement >>[/spoiler]
Persona PSP may be a better choice, though, seeing as it releases before P3P. The combat system differs and some of the core mechanics of P3/P4 aren't in Persona PSP though.

We're not even sure what the female route entails yet >> Persona 2, if it ever gets ported, also has a female MC for the second game, Eternal Punishment.
Edit: What I mean is, for anyone who's played Persona 3, merely changing the dudes to all of a sudden be S. Link romance options seems a bit weird.
