I beat Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 the other day. It was really good!

Now I'm playing Taiko no Tatsujin DS: Nanatsu no Shima no Daibouken again. Currently, Im trying to clear enough songs in muzukashii to open up the oni setting. I have 28 more songs to go.

Also, I got a full combo on hard mode Saitama2000 with a score of 707,130 points. Not the most impressive thing ever, but I have a terrible sense of rhythm, so it's quite a feat for me

I beat NG2 recently and, in the midst of reading and some prep stuff, I am just getting into Dead Rising. This game is so much damn fun.

Dead Rising IS fun! I was no good at it, but loved watching my boyfriend play. There's so much to do.
We sometimes just liked to run around and explore rather than actually play or try and save ourselves.

Just put down Berserk for the PS2, and picked up Mugen no Frontier again XD

At the moment most of the games I'm playing are on the DS. Other than EO2, I'm playing Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2, The World Ends With You, Summon Night: Twin Age and the GBC remake of Dragon Quest III on a GBC emulator on my DS.

I wasn't a big fan of FFTA1, though I put about 80 hours into it, and I can feel myself rapidly losing interest in FFTA2 although I can see that it's a great improvement. If you liked the first one, you'll probably love this one. TWEWY is an incredibly good game. It's probably the only good game on the DS that absolutely NEEDS to be on the DS (let's face it, with EO you could just use real paper although it would be less convenient). SN:TA is an average game but it's well presented and charming - it plays like Ragnarok Online, really. Finally, DQIII is remisicent of EO in the sense that it basically says "Go to X location" and then kicks your ass - not as much as EO though.

I'm generally terrible at finishing games. In the past month or two alone I've stopped playing Half-Life 2: Ep 1, Metal Gear Solid 2, Beyond Good and Evil, The Longest Journey, Puzzle Quest, Hotel Dusk, Suikoden II and Star Ocean 2. I'm particularly bad with RPGs where I just lose interest in the plot (hopefully EO2 should be immune from that) and I think the last RPG I completed was literally years ago. I haven't completed a Final Fantasy since FFIX (despite it being one of my favourite series of all time), and in addition to the RPGs listed above, I've also failed to complete Tales of the Abyss, Persona 3, Dragon Quest VIII, Rogue Galaxy, Digital Devil Saga 2, all Breath of Fire games and Shin Megami Tensei 3.

So! Go figure, the day before my DS returned, I drug out from the infinite depths of my PC case another game I haven't played in a long time (Golden Sun was just too boring so I gave up on it).


Morrowind.

I started it up, made a new character and started messing around with the game again. The first time I played it, while it was enjoyable, I didn't get too far. I guess I didn't "get" the game's paramaters or something - that, plus I was going through one of my moods where no game is very appealing. So, it was sitting there in the back of my CD case.

Within these last two days I have managed to complete multiple quests as well as get my character to level 8 and totally just immersed myself in it to the point that, while I'm so fuggin' psyched to have my DS back and while I managed to earlier reach the 25th floor in EOII... ^_^; I've found Morrowind so much more appealing today to the point that I called out of work and opted to play instead. (*gasp* Yeah... I did that... we're doing construction at work to get ready for "McCafe" and the lobby was going to be closed anyhow... even without a game to play I was already juggling the idea a week ago... I'm such a bad girl, I know!)

Meh, I'll probably get back to my DS-lovin' next week when Izuna comes out and I get "Yay! New game" psyched.
