Miyazaki isn't making any games. Studio Ghibli is cooperating with Level 5 though to make a game. It's called and will be coming out Spring next year. It's currently being shown off at TGS: .

Kimiko is so smart! That was the game I was thinking about. I hope it gets localized.

That seems likely. Ghibli is kind of a big name after all.

More about the Studio Ghibli / Level 5 game Ni No Kuni:

Oy, the full staff of Ghibli worked on the animation for 10 months (~50 min. of theater quality animation) :o Seems almost wasted on a low-res system like the DS.

Anyway who badmouths the PSP as a piece of hardware is probably incompetent.
From a sales or software (at least until the past year) perspective, however, I'll agree with you.

Also, PSP Go is lolololol pricing.
Hmm, I'm not sure the PSP is superior to the DS. The latter's design/layout is the clear winner IMO.

Ergonomically, the PSP isn't terrible but the DS is better. Then again, if you fuck up a simple D-Pad and buttons set-up ... well ... yeah.
Seriously Sony, wtf at the nub placement.
Edit: What I meant was that, as a piece of hardware (i.e., CPU/GPU) that one cannot dismiss the PSP without sounding like a dumbfuck.
Dumbfuck is totally a technical term.
