Eh, who cares if the CPU is superior if the UMD drive is slow as molasses compared to DS cards. Also, having to pay for a memory stick on top of the already higher price of the PSP, just to be able to use the system, and having a smaller battery which occasionally falls out. To me, the design flaws overshadow the supposedly superior CPU. Besides, a better CPU does not make a better game anyway.

Meh. I'm just a little disappointed with my PSP. It's not a bad system, but it could easily have been much better.

I'm not arguing games. Just saying the PSP is the technical superior; saying otherwise is pretty fucking stupid. It's like arguing the Wii is more powerful than a 360/PS3. Whether that means anything or not for the game quality is another matter entirely that I don't give a shit about to argue with.

And, personally, I prefer the PSP to the DS, though I say that while having owned a DS for years and only recently having a PSP (sort-of, since it isn't mine >>).

Edit: ps, the GPU is better too, not just the CPU. And you can run games off of Memory Sticks if you hack your PSP if the UMD noise/speed annoys you. Just worth a mention and is one of the better (legit) reasons for a hacked PSP.

You know, when I said "shitty PSP" I wasn't comparing it to the DS. I only meant it as a "damn PSP" or "fucking PSP" or "another damn piece of hardware that Maxine has to buy in order to play more games, rather than Sony just making games for an existing piece of hardware that would have made people happier"

So PS3 it is. I think the Wii would get old after a while, like a gimmick. I want to properly play games. If I want to exercise, I'll walk.

BTW Scribblenauts fans: :3 We should make Custom Stages and try to send them to each other. ^_^ I really wanna try making one, but I'm afraid it will turn out just too easy and/or I can't decide which stage I wanna use!!

Having owned nearly every system since the third generation of consoles, I can say that it's all about the games, regardless of which system it's on.

(Except for the 360, because mine broke twice just by sitting there, and devs for the PS3 can't seem to use the hardware properly at this time)

But, isn't that kinda stupid. To make a system with technology when you A) have a hard time supplying it to your fans B) most of the technology's potential is rarely ever reached by game developers and C) you are losing money even when you put a hefty and huge price tag on it?
