If I recall, that would be Brina Palencia and she hasn't done that much voice acting yet I think. She's not bad, though I don't recall liking her voice in Lux-Pain but it has been awhile. Voices these days are better as the VAs tend to actually try now but some niche titles still have god awful jobs. That and the horrible examples stay in your head forever and haunt you until the day you die. And raped your dog.

Edit: In retrospect, if I remember her name then she couldn't have been bad. Plus Ignition handled it so it can't be terrible or GAF would've raped them. Well, the translation was laughable but that's a different matter entirely.

Edit2: Thanks to Google magic, she's done some singing roles (notably Beck's dub) so ... Yeah. Offhand, the rest of the cast didn't have any super big names but not sure.

Or just fucking annoying voices, though that's usually decided by role so the voice sucks regardless of language.

Golden Sun was my first non-pokemon JRPG that I really sat down and played. I loved it. I will have to go back to it one of these days and see how it holds up now that I have played so many other RPG's.
