Within the first twenty minutes of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, I have learned one thing: the encounter rate is high. Very high. I find it hysterical to be honest.

I should mention that my Final Fantasy IV DS journey has come to an end. It was a pleasant adventure. Aside from a few dungeons weighted by sluggish enemy cast animations it was a fun game and definitely my favourite in the series, even above VI and IX. Zeromus was an interesting final boss. Not as fun as Cloud of Darkness but still decent enough. To be honest large part of what made Cloud of Darkness so great is the music that plays when you fight her.

*nodnod* IV was okay, but not great. III's job system was fun. I hope Squeenix will get to V and VI for DS soonish.

VI has me most curious. The entire opera scene will cost a lot of development time and studio work.

I've finally attained all 20 degrees in Class Of Heroes. I've tagged it 'M'astered at Backloggery because in addition I've also completed all maps (as compared to 80% for the Cartographer degree) and completed the monster catalog (except for the three that even the Japanese wiki doesn't have).

I should start playing Pokémon Platina (JP) finally. I've had it lying around for over a year now.

I do not want to play any more RPGs. Perhaps I should finish unlocking all of the content in Super Smash Bros. Yeah. I still do not have Mushroom Kingdom. After I got the characters the game has only ever been played with others.

Well, in ItLRPG my party is:

Front: Lv 31 Maxine, Lv 24 Scy
Back: Lv 29 Remmé, Lv 28 Kimiko, Lv 21 Sampson

Scy appears to be a scholar-type. He can analyze enemies, and knows basic black magic and buffs, and isn't too bad physically. He's like a Red Mage, only better than noodles.

Yeah, noodles had to leave my party to come to grips with his sexuality or something. The main goal now is to save Prince Zeta from the Dominatrix Evil Queen.

I'm stuck on this boss, though: Elitist, the Dominatrix Queen's servant.

His attacks decimate my party, and Kimiko can't heal fast enough. Sampson's in the back because even though he can deal more damage in the front with his taser (or whatever his Questionable Weapon is at the time), he's too underleveled.

Any tips? Or do I just need to level grind?
