Fighting game to me yeah is on the idea of the "vs" thing. I mean, there's no other reason to play it than to be fighting against an opponent and story is usually none existant or something stupid that's been slapped together for the sheer hell of it (I give you Brawl's Subspace Emissary).

I mean, I've only played the demo and watched some vids of fights for Dissidia so I may be missing something but it seriously just feels like a 3D of Capcom vs Marvel only it's FF vs FF.

However, it should be quite obvious that I don't dabble in this genre or sub-genres (whatever you want to call it). I suck at the games ^_^; so I don't pick them up often, if ever (actually I own none).


:3 Played a demo of Phantasy Star Portable. Holy shit. I think I want this one first before Dissidia. XD I dunno!!

^_^; but... I've only ever played some of the games in the arcade and a whatever the kid I baby sat popped in on his PS1.

Coincidentally, Power Stone on the Dreamcast/PSP is a port of the Arcade Game XD



* Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires [PS3]
- Loving the more in-depth character customization (not as good as DWBB, but still pretty good)
- The music selection is so good. This shit never gets old.

Also, I always get a kick out of all the 4.5-5/10 review scores these games get in the states, despite how incredibly popular these games are (#1 Best Selling PS2 series ever) XD

- Completed every spellcard up to 6-2 with the exception of Patchy's "Fire and Water" spellcard.
