Doesn't count as a "game" per se but Word Lens (iOS) is ridiculously cool.

Yeah, slow work day.

I thought there was no subject pronoun for "it" in Spanish. "Lo" can be used as a masculine direct object pronoun or a gender-neutral "the." At least, that's what I was taught.
But it still looks awesome.

There's some small nuances; seems to take some liberties in how it translates rather than literal. Regardless, it's an interesting thing.
Now let's get it working with screens and not just printed text (and Japanese) and I can start importing things and not worry about translating myself.
That tech in a screen itself and not through the camera would be ... well, awesome.
Or, hell, glasses. Where's my future tech?
STILL playing New Vegas. As a huge fan of Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Arena, Daggerfall, and Morrowind, and as a detractor of Oblivion and Fallout 3, New Vegas took some warming up to. I like being back on the West Coast part of the Fallout environment, and Im glad the game pushes past level 20. Its incredibly buggy, and thats making it take some time. But I guess so is playing on max difficulty and doing the same thing I did in Fallout 3 by restricting myself to a certain play style (In F3 I played as Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star, all good, all the time, unarmed only, no fist weapons, leather armor only, max difficulty), which is Cowboy style. Duster/Brimmed hat only, revolvers, single shot, lever action only, playing both sides of the conflict. It took my some 15 hours to really warm to it, but right now I can say I prefer it to F3 and Oblivion.

Starfe: I really hated Oblivion, just because it was so dry.
Never got into Daggerfall (too "hardcore" for me, I guess) but Morrowind is one of the most amazing games I've ever played. The atmosphere, the lore, the character customization--it's just unrivaled.
Anyway, I'm wrapping up New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Donkey Kong Country Returns. Platformers ftw.

So ... playing Ys: Oath in Felghana. I kind of wish I started with this and then tried Ys Seven as opposed to the other way around; Ys Seven combat is just far more enjoyable to me, personally. Much more frantic, though it's really not that hard (then again, neither is Oath so far).
Hell, first fight with Chester I was hit twice >>
Also, why does Elena's VA sound so bored? Her voice isn't bad (in fact, most the major cast seem to be done rather well) but ... she sounds so fucking bored.
Also, I hope whomever voiced Margo was killed.
