So I got New Vegas Christmas day, and started playing it Sunday night. Have accumulated 30 hours. Sounding like last winter break with Dragon Age already.

Trying to figure out who my character really is. [spoiler]She seems like an all-around good person, but would go behind your back if you prove... not to her standards. She'll work for the most insidious people if they feel like they do (The Kings in Freeside). The Legion does not, therefore she works for the NCR. She also works to bring up the weak, even if their goals are questionable (Brotherhood of Steel, Boomers).
Pretty much, she walks in, things die. Or she walks in with the Power-Fisting girl and the Eyebot, then things are burned and their heads punched off (Veronica = <3) before she gets a chance. She mainly uses rifles still, but has been using the unique pulse rifle since I found a ton of ammo for it (probably is a ton on hardcore).[/spoiler]

Second character I think will be Legion and melee. Third is going to take over everything.

[s]EDIT: It's official: I have a phobia of deep water. I'll say there's a quest where you need to swim to the bottom of the clean lake, and I am scared beyond belief.[/s]

I'm replaying Golden Sun: Dark Dawn now, only with a self-imposed challenge this time.

[spoiler]The rules, for all that are interested, are as follows:
-The party must consist of Matthew, Karis, Tyrell, and Rief. Yes, Rief.
-All equipment used must be purchased. Forged weapons are not allowed.
-Only one piece of armor may be equipped on each character at any given time.
-No summons.
-The four unused characters may use only the following Psynergy out of battle:
-Amiti: Insight
-Sveta: Slap, Track, Spirit Sense
-Eoleo: Thermal
-Himi: Search
-If Matthew, Karis, Tyrell, and Rief all have HP values of 0 at any given time, it should be treated as a game over.[/spoiler]

Playing Chrono Trigger. Currently slaying dinos.

Don't get why so many people consider this the best rpg of all time. At this point, Skies of Arcadia, FF4, FF6, Phantasy Star 1, 2, and 4, and Tales of Symphonia were much more interesting/fun. Especially SoA <3

This game's gonna have to do something truly amazing in the next ten hours or I still won't see how it deserves its reputation. It's kinda fun and all, but what gives?

I quite like its music. The sad theme in CT is still one of my favourite tracks from any game.

Maybe it will. It's an impressive, well above average game. But greatest rpg of all time? The ones I named were riveting experiences all the way through in ways Chrono Trigger hasn't been up to this point.

Again, it's cool and all, but I'm about halfway Through and thinking there's no way it's not overrated.

Even the music...how does it even come close to the grandeur of ff4s soundtrack?
