I got an Atlus email about Radiant Historia. It looks pretty cool, adventuring through time and such. But I already have a huge stack of games I still have to play.
Also, Maxine, how is that EO3 party sig thingamabob coming along?

This isn't a particularly "SERIOUS BUSINESS" type of place. A good number of the posts here are humorous in nature.
What the graph says is that if you're being absolutely serious like I assume you were in your original post, the more likely it is someone will pop out with an out-of-context response.
Unless it's a rant. That's usually not a good idea.

So, I shouldn't ask for help with games here unless expecting an out of context response? Or does that go for all parts of the forum?

Short and sweet of it: The BIOS (basic input/output system) is what loads the hardware and operating system. It's necessary for booting up the emulator. As for finding it ... seriously, it's a and the first 250000 hits are all the requisite file, most being from the readme included with the emulator.
@Radiant Historia: I tried playing the JP release but good god is it text heavy. A pain in the ass to play and try to translate to follow the story. I besides "WHY ARE YOUR FOOTSTEPS SO FUCKING LOUD."
