Yeah, they guarantee pre-order prices. It also has free Release Date Delivery for those with Amazon Prime and I think $0.99 for it if you don't have it (not sure, honestly, since I have the free one through Prime).

For the record, it's $39.99 basically everywhere else so random 25% off on it and it's been like that since at least yesterday.

And, for the patient (and to be part of some weird, weird case of bass-ackwards-ness), some neat deals for importing to the US from UK for the next batch of Square games (, , , and ). About full MSRP + shipping but they have such better LEs T.T

Yes, they will ship Tactics Ogre EU release (so, fancy box, artbook, and OST) to you, ~$4/item, and PSP titles are region free. Comes out to around $42, I believe. Just wish it wasn't _10 days_ after the US release date.

...then again, MvC3 is February 15th too...

I suppose this may still be relevant but the is 10% Off from the Capcom store and comes with a free [s]Crazy hentai tentacle monster[/s] Shuma-Gorath shirt. Free shipping as well that should be there by Release Day.

May need to use Code: THANKYOUTEN for that 10% off. I had to pay tax (T.T) so it was really a [s]full price[/s] $2 off SE but, hey, whatever. If you don't want the SE for some reason, has the regulars at $53 with free shipping.
