For what it's worth, it's well animated (depending on how you feel about the tricks done due to low budget) and done by Lauren Faust so there's some factor about it for that. Or something.

All I know is I love the images.

Edit: To add some news, Legend of Mana coming to US PSN along with Parasite Eve (already out) and Parasite Eve 2 (coming soon).

Edit2:

God dammit...

Really need to get a PS3 for that now.

By the way, my God Eater is voiced by Liam O'Brien. And randomly some other douche for some reason.

I've been playing Dragon Age 2 a lot lately. Pretty good game, though there's some things I think Dragon Age Origins did a little better. So far I think I like DA2 better overall though, I think.

Here's a quick rundown of some of the pros and cons, when compared to Dragon Age Origins:

PROS
+ Much faster gameplay, especially in combat. Your character's natural base movement speed is comparable to the speed after casting Haste in DAO, or maybe even faster. It adds significantly to the viability of combat positioning tactics in DA2, as well as just making it feel more exciting. There's generally less setup/casting time for skills too.
+ Better skill system overall. Though it could feel limiting that there's less skills than DA1, more of them seem to be useful this time around.
+ The addition of a voice and elaborate backstory adds to the depth of the player character Hawke.
+ Better character depth for the other party members, and there's more character-specific quests this time around.
+ Approval system has turned into a friendship/rivalry system, which is actually a lot simpler and less tedious to deal with than the approval system of DAO.
+They got rid of the repetitive gift giving system from DA1, leaving only a few "gift" items that all trigger unique dialogues with their intended recipient when you give it to them, making the gift giving seem way more meaningful and significant this time around.

CONS
- Takes place mainly all in the city of Kirkwall. You lose a bit of the sense of adventure from traveling in DAO, and the game seems more confined.
- Less cohesive storyline. It's still good, and makes sense, but the lack of one main driving storyline can feel kind of aimless at times.
- You can't talk to your companions while just wandering around anywhere. It's more like Dragon Age Awakening this way, where they have specific scripted conversation spots/times, and they can't repeat conversations. This loses some of the realism and immersiveness that DAO had in this regard, even though I realize that 95% of the time it was pointless to just randomly talk to your companions while exploring anyway.
- Companion characters can't change their armor, and there's less emphasis on equipment overall. This can be seen as a good thing in that it simplifies equipping your party, but can feel more limited in that you can't customize your characters' equipment stats or clothing appearance nearly as much as in DA1.
- More frustrating to manage inventory and equipment, due mainly to not being able to equip every character while in your "home base" like you could in DAO.
- No spearate races to choose from for the main character. I guess this only applies if you really wanted to be a elf or dwarf, otherwise you won't care (I personally don't).
- Fairly unbalanced gameplay, though DA1 had this just as badly too. Most battles will either be way too easy or way too hard, mainly depending on your character and party setup, with very little ever inbetween.
- Seems to be a shorter game than DA1 in terms of gameplay time, though I haven't beaten it yet so I can't quite say for sure yet.

Dragon Age II made my head spin for the fw hours I was playing it. XD Kirkwall is so easy to get lost in (because some of those notices COVER THE MAP.). However, I do love the game. XD I'm still a bit upset that so far the only nod to Cecil, my mage who's data go imported, was that codex entry. XD

As for gameplay, I don't mind the change, but I am finding that there is hardly a need to move as a warrior. Maybe I should've gone with a Rogue--they look more fun. XD

[hide]Aveline[/hide] is one of my favorites. XD She reminds me of Devona from Guild Wars. [hide]Merrill[/hide] is impossible for me to like after me finding her absolutely stupid in Origins. XD

Roda:*before he goes with Duncan* Yeah, I stole your robes. *places a hand on her shoulder* Sorry about that.

I'll admit I was disappointed to find out that Varric isn't a romance option.

I guess I will be going after Merril when I start playing again.
