Really liking replaying scurge hive

It's for the gba and kind of metroid-y

Unless the mechanic in Tri is hugely different (which is possible, they change it for like every fucking game), Long Swords are easier to land a hit but harder for the ideal hitbox (plus deceptive ATK value with their damage multipliers).

As for VC ... tactics boil down to eventually Scout rushing. A flaw, as it were, in how the ranking system works. And map size with movements. A great combat system muddled with a ranking system that goes against their own combat system.

But if you don't care to A rank, it's great to fun to do whatever to win. Just disheartening when you take the time to move a force across the map and kill everything in your way and end with a C.

[spoiler]There are some maps with ridiculously low (i.e., turn 4 or 5) conditions for an A rank ... and it takes 3-4 solid turns to get a Scout across the map. Seriously, what the fuck guys?[/spoiler]

They fixed that in VC2, though.

And replaced it with different rushing But, yeah, I like VC2 a bit more in that regard. Since, you know, I actually deployed a Shocktrooper and found Fencers to be disgustingly good.

What I have been wanting in a game for awhile now is one were the gameplay is more action oriented like GOW or BulletStorm but with anime graphics. I am the first to admit it will proably never happen, but still a moe heroine would totaly make my day. Specially if she was tsundere.
