Disgaea 3 still. Once you get the Puppy Paw Stick, the entire Innocent "thing" is practically a non-issue. Hell, I got my first Legendary item to Level ~165 or so without even trying in the NORMAL levelling process. I can't imagine NOT getting it to Level 200 via Reverse Pirating.
That and my Archers being made of win makes me giggle.
Edit:
...seriously, they all look so familiar it is disheartening. Tales of Hearts (Anime version) indeed ... I guess.

Because I'm not a great fan of more-and-more RPGs moving to the Nintendo DS; thankfully, this one is already confirmed for the DS but there's the shitty trend of, say, the Tales games not releasing here (Rebirth [PSP], Tempest, Innocence [DS]). Tales of Hearts is probably not releasing here either and where's my ToD2 [PS2, PSP-remake] release.
That and I'm a firm believer of Nintendo DS having pretty much garbage games for the most part. The "good" ones are pretty rare in my book.

There has never been a time where I've regret buying a DS game which says a lot considering my library size. It has had far less garbage than, say, my GCN, X-Box, X-Box 360, GBA or ESPECIALLY the PS3. For me, DS is the best place to play any RPG. I wish the Etrian Odyssey series would use the bottom screen for battles so I can tap instead of using a gamepad. :[

The only DS game I regret getting is Lost in Blue 2, which I requested as a christmas present before reading the reviews or anything. My fiance (who bought it for me) ended up beating it, but I just told him I'd love it... >_>; and then traded it in for something else.
I've sold back a couple of my DS games, but generally they were ones I'd liked but didn't see replay value in.
I have a small library though.

Nintendo DS is my least favorite system as far as "quality" games. Majority of the ones I've played have been NOT worth even $20 or $30. Compare this to the 360 or PS3 games I have so far ... it's just not even fucking close. DS has a lot of RPGs but nearly all are terrible or remakes. Quantity means nothing.
Don't get me wrong ... I'll be buying this anyway but doesn't change the fact I'd rather have it on the 360 or PS3. Having both systems may sway my judgement (and, likewise, not having a Wii makes me sad that Tales of Symphonia's sequel is for it!) but it doesn't change the fact that a lot of DS games are terrible. Downright terrible.
As for the PSP, it has far more games I'd rather play. I kind of wish I made the choice to get a PSP instead of my DS when I got the DS but ... whatever. They both have good games but meh.

I'm saying $20-$30 for a DS game versus a $70 PS3/360 game is fair if I'm trying to compare roughly enjoyment value; I don't think I get enough out of most DS games compared to a PS3/360 game while taking price into account. Which is what I said.
Sorry, if I'm beating a DS game in like 8-9 hours ... it's just fucking stupid. It could just be due to not having a PSP but there's quite frankly a good amount of games I want to get around to playing for it ... though, honestly, a lot of the up-and-coming games are remakes.

Probably because the DS has less games that are hardcore or serious. I personally hate serious games (GTA or Halo series for example) and have always been after more lighthearted games, with the exception of the Metroid series which went to hell with the Prime games. :[ There's also Castlevania though the mood, theme and art are too much to resist.
Every game I've bought or plan to buy that's a remake are games I never played the first time around, which is the same case for many people I know. That and even with the choice of entertainment systems I have around here, I rather play my DS anywhere I want as opposed to staring at a TV screen. Console gaming has degraded to being almost exclusively multiplayer experiences in the past years, unless they do something stupid and go back to putting Fire Emblem on consoles as opposed to the portable games (which were the most successful).
I had a PSP for quite a while until I couldn't take it anymore and gave it away. My only memories with it were trying so hard to find a game I'd like.

I've never beat a DS game that quick. You're too good, Scy
ETA: massive ditto to Zandrena.
I usually buy the eclectic/non-"hardcore" games. Stuff like Trauma Center, Rune Factory...
