@#$@#$ stuck.... bloody hell... :[

*closes game and goes to bed* I'll think of something in the morning.

I like the solace of the game. It reminds me a great deal of the Myst franchise <3. Just leave me alone and let me work out the puzzles. But now with this sinister feeling in the air like even if I do survive these "tests" (which I keep feeling like I'm not suppose to) I'm going to die soon anyways.

^_^ The game has a wonderful atmosphere.

Haha, I rage quit too much, though, to try to play it all in one sitting.

:( Is the 19th chamber really the last chamber? This will make me sad. I'm on 18.

It's like "why so short?!" <_< glad I only payed $10. I will definitely more than likely be purchasing the sequel next paycheck. <3

I liked Portal 2 a lot, especially since it didn't have those obnoxious "place-a-portal-while-hurtling-through-the-air" puzzles, those ones were so annoying since you'd always end up being not quite properly aligned and have to start over.

That and it's brevity is part of the charm. It's short enough to leave you wanting slightly more but not so short that you feel robbed; it doesn't overstay it's welcome either and is merely there for how long you want it to be. The length is practically perfect. An overall satisfying experience.

And, as Starfe mentioned, it was an unknown freebie thrown into The Orange Box bundle; it later became a stand-alone title option.

Apparently my level 9999 nekomata has 'A Lot' of mana. It's 'Super Full.'

No, that's really what it says.

Which is damned annoying. 9,999,999 doesn't take up that much space :/ That cap is way too low~

I just can't see myself grinding to anywhere near that kind of level in any game.

I think the only game I completely annihilated was Ocarina of Time (like getting all the collectibles, heart pieces, side-quests, etc) oh, and Earthbound, of course. I've talked to everyone, done all the side quests, bought the stupid sea-side shack, returned the contact lenses, criminal caterpillar'd mega-grinding, defeated the stupid criminal caterpillar (hard and shit to do since you gotta get red or grey on the bastard first) -- only thing I've never had the patience for was getting the stupid T-Rex Bat in Winters with Jeff by defeating Crows. I got halfway there once and my save file glitched... never again.

And then maybe Viva Pinata for the DS and Pikmin, but those aren't very hard games to max out. I'm sure there's something else I've wasted too much time on, but those are what come to mind.

Frozen Synapse. Best tactical game I've played since X-COM and Laser Squad took over my teens.

Pay whatever you think it's worth for the next 12 days at http://www.humblebundle.com/

Seriously good game, do check it out.

Think X-COM without any strategic layer or aliens, just the combat, divided into 5 second planning phases. The only random element is the initial setup, after that it's all tactics - a shotgun commando will always kill a machine gunner at close range, or the guy who isn't moving/is behind cover will kill the other guy first.
