It's not just you. Noodles chose one of the avatars from the default avatar gallery for EOIII. The problem is that when Maxine uploaded the alternative colour versions of the portraits, the original directory was moved and that broke existing URLs in peoples' profiles.
The single directory was previously (link obviously doesn't work now)
Now it's two:
.../Third%20Game%20-%20Normal%20Colors/
.../Third%20Game%20-%20Other%20Colors/
