Had Maxine made the kb limitations 2 kb larger, I would have been able to put the non-jpg version of this.

Even for a jpeg it is rather artifacty/aliased. Use a better scaling algorithm?

If you insist on l-r flipping it, at least do so without introducing ugly compression artifacts. The image I gave you was already within the size limitations. Alright, I've flipped it for you.
