I think noodles's .. noodles'...
O_O noodles's? (because its a name... and names that happen to end in "s" are written with s's .. ie: "Mr. Roberts's cat" Although should we consider that? Or just take it as the plural of noodle, so it'd be noodles' ... but noodles himself is just one person, so its sngular...)
.... XD forgot what I was going to say.

Going for dim sum in Cantonese translates to going for tea, too. It just happens you have something of a meal with your tea.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that "tea" means "light meal/snack" in other languages and cultures as well. Eg. doesn't "tea" in the UK similarly kinda mean afternoon snack? (Please correct me if I'm mistaken.)

Mmhmm. Though to me, a snack is a snack. If tea is a light meal, then there might be difficulty in simply requesting a cup of tea without saying a cup of tea. :P I guess I'm only one to follow traditional means if it actually makes life easier! For example, I prefer chopsticks over forks. Easier to eat with, easier to clean, more precision too!

I try to use chopsticks every time I go to a Chinese restraunt and while I think I've got the art of using them down, the art of cutting something still alludes me. My restraunt happens make their General Tao's Chicken slightly bigger than other places I've been - they are already hard to pick up what with the sauce and all... add the size and I just reach over and grab a fork to save me the embarrasment of trying to unsuccessfully pick it up.
