Leaving the honourifics in annoys me and just sounds very wapanese.
And @Ronin: I don't see anything wrong with localizing "baka" as "bug off" in certain contexts. Sometimes it's the better translation.

God, Kino. I don't even want to HEAR how much you hate Mulan then....
As for "Bug off" vs "Baka/Idiot" I think Bug off not only fit the context a little better and made it more accessible for english speakers but :3 I found it far more hillarious.
