Meh, I still think Firo is awesome. Though i'm not done the series yet, and a lot could happen, I still like his character. Then again im not judging by sex appeal/yaoi or whatever since I don't have any idea how to do that being a straight guy.

Yes, yes, I know that, but since they're [hide]immortal now, wouldn't take off the age gaps since they can...I dunno, age together?[/hide] If it weren't for that certain someone, I would've been fine with Firo with Maiza...but yes, I prefer him to be with her instead.

That, however, doesn't stop crack doujins. After Maiza, Claire is pretty much the guinea pig for the yaoi with Firo. For example, Huey, even though he's straight too, he's often grouped with Elmer. Normally, I would like that, but after reading the novels and such, I kind of found it...I don't know. I wasn't pleased.

*sigh* :\ I have a question to anyone that can answer, but really I think I know the answer myself and it's probably: "Max, you're computer just sucks." but...

when I'm watching mkvs (never happens with avis) I will experience video stuttering issues during intense scenes such as a lot of action going on or lots of things floating across the screen.

-_- It's annoying. It happens a LOT for openings. The music plays just fun but before I realize it, the video has lagged and is no longer synced with the music. Stopping it and resetting the track helps a little but it just lags again until things have calmed down.

Anyone have any kind of advice?

The bitrate is too much for your computer. You'll probably need non-720p videos as its not really an issue of them being MKV. Other than that, there's some codecs that'll help offset the processor load to the gpu but doubtful it'll fix it entirely.

My list this season includes:
Kimi ni Todoke
Madoka*Magica (I'm expecting good things based off of Mami's performance)
Infinite Stratos (something about Ichika reminds me of Zero from Pilot Candidate. Hoping to like it, but I rarely like mechas - Gundam Wing and Pilot Candidate are the mere exceptions. Still, fight scene at beginning of ep 1 was fun looking)
Yumekui Merry <-- I will probably drop this one by second episode.

Mitsudomoe - I tried watching the first ep and got only half way through it before I was too irritated. I'm going to give it another shot, though. I might not have been in the mood.

Also plan to look up Hourou Musuko
and Oniichan no Koto my-fucking-title-is-so-long may drop both of these if they annoy me.

and... MAYBE Kore wa Zombie Desu ka ... but I expect to drop it like a rock. The fact that Deen is producing it is one of a few minor factors.
