Keima's [hide]crossdressing[/hide] for two arcs is kind of curious. Or maybe it's to eventually pair up [hide]Shiori and Yui[/hide] by the fanbase.

Keima crossdressing is probably the best thing in the series XDD

Punching people is very romantic, and don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

Well...
[spoiler]The cross-dressing is only in the manga.

And it's pretty late into the manga.

And it's not even a big part of the manga (two arcs, technically ... the swap I don't really count as cross-dressing).[/spoiler]

TWGOK is still rather interesting if only as a deconstruction/parody of romantic comedies, harems, and the like.

Edit: Keima's mother reduced to fanservice apparently... >>

Edit2: Finally got to a Shiori episode, holy shit adorableness overload~~~~ I normally don't like the shy librarian type but she works so well. Not enough thought bubbles though.

Her little internal monologues make me laugh. Her voice is perfect too (Kana Hanazawa). Odd, though. I actually can't picture her as Kuroneko (Oreimo) or Anri (Durararara...rara. ra.) or basically anything else she was in (which was like all of Fall 2010).

Her being Shiro (Deadman Wonderland) is a lie. It has to be. I can't picture it at all. At. All.

Edit: Booooo, Shiori didn't have her own ED, just the use of the full version of the OP. Well, I mean, she had her version of the ED like the rest of the cast did but I dunno why I was hoping for more. Stupidity, I guess, as only Sora and Kanon got special EDs.

Tetsujin # 28 has so many sympathetic antagonists, it's almost depressing to go through the episodes. The mad scientist and his creation [hide]a reanimated man, his son in fact, who kills him and vice versa at the end of their arc[/hide], a "super human" apparently trying to sabotage a space mission [hide]in fact a failed creation of the lead scientist; Who's on borrowed time to do the one thing he dreamed of: To venture into space[/hide]...

Huh ... how did I not know Kizumonogatari was getting an anime?

Makes me wonder if there'll be another "Bakemonogatari" anime after Hitagi End releases. But ... how would that work, I wonder. Bakemonogatari is rather short (like, really short) and that still took a 15 episode anime to do it. They'd need to do that for each Nisemonogatari (2 volumes), Nekomonogatari (2 volumes), Kabukimonogatari, Hanamonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari, and Koimonogatari.

...

I think I just made myself cry a little.
