Horo's voice is the sole reason as to why I don't utterly loathe Luca (Ar Tonelico II). It's true.
Valkyria Chronicles anime and Spice and Wolf s2 ftw.
Edit: And to further the Light Novel thing, it's pretty much your standard novel with a few images (like ... sub-20, if even that high) tossed about. There's a few released in America (Shakugan no Shana [Discontinued], Zero no Tsukaima, Full Metal Panic) as well. The past like three or four seasons of anime have been dominated by series based off of Light Novels.
...well, they're always around anyway...

Edit: The ef games (and anime) are pretty touching. I haven't cried but they do make me kind of sad on the inside.
Reminds me I need to finish ef ... wonder if Menclave finished since I want those releases over Chihiro. Picked up Kurokami (Nuke-BandaiaTV) and about to grab Koukaku no Regios ... once I figure out which group I want to follow (probably Yuurisan).
