Definitely done with studying for finals, it's time to do some work for internship next week and writing cover letters (to ensure my expected departure from college and apply for another major) *pumped up*

Tuesday was supposed to be the last time me and my girlfriend got to spent together (you know, without being surrounded by friends/family) before she went back to England to finish her last term studying abroad. But because of some sudden schedule shuffling, it looks like we're having dinner together this evening.

I love Thursdays.

Girlfriend surprised me by inviting me to watch a play/musical with her today.

Her dad was there as well. He's a pretty cool guy. I like him.

Caught word of an academic journal looking to publish 5000-8000 word articles about the effect of Bond movies on other media. Video games are fair game. I guess my academic scholarship regarding Metal Gear might finally be a thing.

FUNFACT: Big Boss' original character art was meant to make him look like Sean Connery, meaning that Solid Snake is James Bond's son. More specifically his protege, and representative of a new political landscape where super-spies aren't as nationalistic as they were during the height of the cold war, as exemplified in Bond.

Feeling more and more at ease at work, my dad's colleagues are cool :)
I get to work at my own pace and my mentor is not at all into micro-managing as I feared last week. One hour a day is enough for a briefing and planning what to do next.
