Yesterday, birthday dinner with friends. They gave me a Starfighter-themed cake and a new umbrella with a dashing handle and, oh yeah, adorable kittens frolicking around the design.

Today, birthday lunch with another friend, who gave me a Starfighter-themed cake (lol so much cake) plus a Starfighter print AND A SPECIAL DRAWING JUST FOR ME BY HAMLETMACHINE

Phone interview tomorrow morning with a charter school in Oakland for my upcoming Defense Against the Dark Arts class (English). Exciting.
