Things I Hated:
the heat
the crappy environment
being forced to deal with stressful situations
being screamed at by rude customers
standing on feet all day
having to frequently clean
bathrooms
crappy managers
x_x 90% of co-workers are lazy teenagers who don't even understand the concept of "customer service"
Things I Loved:
Several co-workers - the ones that weren't lazy and helped to get the job done AND CORRECTLY.
Ironically, the pace. Stressful, yes, but it is amazing how time can fly when you are busy.
^_^ The wonderful customers. The frequenters that actually know how to treat people correctly. "Sweater lady" (always wore sweaters even in the summer because of the office AC), or the Caramel Latte lady who remained sweet even after the 50th time someone gave her a Caramel Frappe ... and that next Christmas gave me a Christmas card in which there was a surprise $20, or the pet store dog wash lady from across the street, or that "Ice coffee with extra cream and sugar" woman who never smiled - until I made it my mission to see her either smile or get nasty with me to the point that I just left her alone... *sniffles* T-T she was starting to smile everday that she saw me. She had a beautiful smile, too. Or the bus inspector guy. Or the guy with the two rots and german shepard.
..... I DON'T KNOW ANYONE'S NAME!! Except the one who gave me the Xmas card. ^_^ She wrote her name in it. I NEVER KNEW THEIR NAMES BUT I'M STILL GOING TO MISS THEM SO MUCH!!! T-T
*gulp* o_o Pet store lady's coffee is sorta complicated.... <_< damn teens better get it right. :O What about the porterican guy that I swear has something wrong with is tongue. Are the teens going to be able to get his order right. I actually had to memorize it because I could never understand him.
