Watched the English language version of From Up on Poppy Hill on Blu-Ray for the first time as it was released a couple of days ago. I'd seen the sub a few or two ago at an independent cinema but I'd forgotten a large chunk of it and loved the entire thing .

I have mixed feelngs about alcohol on the job, although I'd be afraid if my dentist was drunk before operating on me.

I had a great first day of school, I didn't get lost and it was nice to see new faces.

The day started by judo, I don't regret joining this club, the teacher is so cool and my only partner (we were only two students on Monday) too. She was happy that I was motivated because nobody wanted to join the club. Even my teacher knows my former one at the college where I was, since their clubs are rivals. That was lots of fun :3

Started to learn Italian, it's kinda confusing but this language is beautiful. Since I already have knowledge in Latin languages, it won't be too hard.

Blowing my students minds when I know shit about video games. Especially stuff like Pokemon. Love it.

Blowing my students minds because they think I won't understand their slang references to drugs, guns, and sex acts? Hate it.

Amazing game. Easily one of the best of all-time.

I live in a very nice space in a very safe place and have lots of freedom. This is good.
I listen to very loud punk and get nearly drunk and its a lot like bedlam. This is good.
I watch what I watch and I do what I do and its all very lovely, just not the same without you.

(I am enjoying my living situation, kind of)

Some of my filmmaker friends (who are very capable and actually work in the industry) are kick starting a traditional werewolf short film and some person just donated $3000. I know stuff like this happens on Kickstarter all the time, but seeing it happen to friends on something I really want to get made is really, really, cool.

My new computer came home today, I still need to get a screen for it though. Oh well, it's a new computer and it's my computer.

Seeing all three Back to the Future movies in theaters was really something. Like a childhood dream becoming true.
