Yikes! What's wrong with your car?

Also, I'm happy today because I had a fun weekend and just woke up from a really heartwarming dream.

Oh, nothing's wrong with the car. I'm just an idiot for procrastinating on selecting winter tires (or more specifically the wheels for them—damn my 4x98 bolt pattern). My car is still wearing sporty summer tires, which feels basically like driving around on a set of giant hockey pucks right now.

That. Sounds. Terrifying.

This is now the alarm I wake up to.

Finally started volunteering somewhere to appease the masters at the University I can be a teacher.

Dragon Age: Inquisition hasn't been a waste of $60. So far.

I had tonnes of gift cards lying around and gradually traded them for $80 in Nintendo eShop cards. \o/

It pissed rain in Oakland all day, which made me very, very happy.

Tomorrow (the 21st) is the last day of school before Thanksgiving break (1 week off). In my district we don't have an extended break from the end of August to now, which is fucking exhausting. Its 13 weeks of 10 hour days. Burnout is incredible, hard to care at this point. So thrilled for my break.

So thrilled for what will surely be gin and tonic heavy.

Thought that my day would be shitty because of school but I received good news: I finally got my driving license, it's so good to know that my hard work bore fruit.

Aww, yay! Congratulations, dear.

A friend tried to kill himself on Monday (left a note for us and everything), but he was found in time. He is currently recovering in the hospital and we are all thankful he is still with us.

If there is someone in your life suffering from depression, go give them a hug today.

I'm sorry to hear that happened, but I'm so glad your friend is okay. <3

Just keep in mind that a lot of people suffering from depression won't advertise, so anyone you know could be in a similar state and you'd never, ever guess. So basically, give everyone hugs! Just in case.

I would give everyone I knew hugs, but last time I did that I'm pretty sure someone threatened to hurt me. BUT SOON. THE HUGGAGEDON SHALL BEGIN.

I support this Hug Everyone idea, as well.
