Started up a wednesday Pathfinder session.

Lawful evil inquisitor. Oh yes.

So, apparently my one friend is gonna talk to my other friend about calling my DM out on how he's running the campaign. Our last session pretty much was our healer just telling me to say I rolled high, because our DM was being absurd. I kind of liked how he put it: "He's nerfing you and trying to kill you; he needs to pick one."

And want to know how I'm nerfed? Well, we all have these elemental swords and EVERYONE can stab themselves and heal for a good amount, if it matches their affinity. I have no decent healing spell of my own and I'm not allowed to stab myself. The sword I use does 5 D8*2+9 damage (affinity doubles damage and +9 from a perk). I have 400 HP. So, the max amount I could get back in one turn is 89 HP, which is not much considering the number of times my DM tries to kill me. He also got a chimera ripped my character's leg off and then bit the stump, turning her into one as well. He's going to ruin my character entirely. Basically, I will lose all my human perks, which make me a beneficial tank to the party. I'd have no problem with this, if he had a better reason for it other than it being me.

In addition, my friend is getting tired of our DM being a spoiled sport, when we destroy things. For instance, there was this earth elemental boss we had to fight right after this one boss we stole a mirror from. In the first turn, we grappled the boss and then one-shotted him... similar to what Kino did in her campaign. xD The DM added a ressurection stone last minute. =_= Our fighter is immune to piercing damage, and could still grapple him, but our DM threatened the person that he'd curse his character if we one-shotted it again. In the end, he started getting stupidly desperate and did this move that would party wipe us. My friend and I now call the mirror our "Anti-Bullshit device" because it can reflect magic back at the caster for 1.5 times the damage.

We both agree that our campaign has devolved into a constant fight for survival and the RPing moments are almost non-existant. xD Funny thing is that this friend said that I should just DM the storyline and let our current DM handle the battles.

I'm joining a secondary Pathfinder group. I'm not sure what kind of character I want to make. Maybe a War Magus, so I can still be a Fighter/Wizard hybrid lunatic. Maybe War Magus with a few levels of Fighter or something. I dunno, I want to do something different and weird.

Moon as a Paladin, with her bonded object a throwable tiara

I ended up making a moe-moe Cleric with a Unicorn companion. Every party needs a dedicated healer, am I right?

She's very cute and very innocent and very optimistic/naive... a very pure character. Currently one of the other party members (a bard) is obsessed with showing off/impressing her XD It's a riot. She's actually of an angelic race, abandoned as an infant. She was found by a farmer and his wife, who were barren and prayed for a child... and then they find Alice outside their hut one day. Yes, very The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter/Kaguya-hime like, I did that on purpose. I gave her a ridiculously fairy tale background.

Also her best friend is her Unicorn companion, who is white and beautiful with an iridescent and majesty mane/tail. One of my friends brought a My Little Pony for me to use as a figurine XD Oh dear.

For my main campaign, with Deneb the Witch, the group is putting together a site to store character bios, plot summaries, maps, inventory, etc. I needed to find an illustration/picture of Deneb, which was easy, since I had a specific picture in mind when I made her.

...that's actually good she has a unicorn companion. As a last resort, she could sacrifice her unicorn to use its horn for a panacea.

Unicorns are absolute deathmongers, just sick it on the nearest enemy, a whinney and a good roll will down a lower leveled monster in one hit.

my inquisitor is a fucking beast but we havent had a proper fight yet...good thing he has good stats for perception and sensing motive etc
