hehe thanks for the welcome. I took a lot of time to post because i was watching tv and writing at the same time and because of that i lost track of my thoughts =P.

Harpuia isn't that bad outside of her Confusion which can be remedied either with Gunner Medishot or Medic Purify; that or just wearing Bug Pieces (1x Celestine, 1x Bug Nest -- 3rd Stratum Mine and Moriyama drop respectively). She also has a fairly high Stab weakness (coupled with a low Defense) which makes her pretty easy if you have a Gunner for Ricochet (or I suppose a Survivalist). She is fast, however, which is about her only real big strength.
