MMO customer service is, oddly, like any other customer service in the world: extremely unhelpful and generally crappy.

Really? Because with all of the MMORPGs I have played I have had generally good service, except this one time on WoW where I fell through the ground and did not get any help... which was unfortunate because I was in Spirit form and could not Astral Recall. On the other hand any other time I have had an issue they resolved it rather quickly, even over the phone.

Oh, meh, for what it's worth, I'm generally complete with my website project.

It's not live yet - he said maybe about mid-week. So until then I'm all yours. When he launches it, I will be there to be sure nothing blows up and to clean things as needed. So, barring any great catastrophes - I'M BACK :3
