Umm, hi there! A long time ago, I found out about Into the Labyrinth via Wikipedia when I was searching for images of the characters from the first game, and I grabbed one of the IM icons for my livejournal (the image that I'm using for my avi now, haha), but I never joined the forum because I wasn't quite into the game then...

I was overrun with it after a while, eventually even writing the start of a fanfic (which I just posted). I've been looking for other people to share in my joy for this game! Well, other than my husband. He loves it just as much!

Anyway. My name is Suzuricho. I'm a 24 year old mommy of two little girls. I live in Germany, and I am an avid RPG fanatic! My favorite game series are Tales of, pre PS2 generations of Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Fire Emblem, and Pokemon. I also like OLD Suikoden (parts 1-3!), Harvest Moon, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, OLD Shining Force (I'm talking SF 1, 2, and CD!) and Monster Rancher. My name Suzuricho is from Monster Rancher, in fact.

I loved Shining in the Darkness as a kid, and I mapped that game's huge labyrinth parts out to find my way, so when I found out about Etrian Odyssey, I was really excited! Here in Germany, I can't find the second game, which doesn't bother me so much because I haven't beaten the first yet to carry over the save. I like getting 100% completion!

...I'm so sorry that I talked your ear off. I'm just excited to see other people that like this game and eager to make new friends.

Yeah, even USA here you'd have trouble finding any of the games. I'm sure ebay or amazon would have some. You might need to import, though.

I hope you enjoy your stay here. We are all a little bit crazy. <_< And please forgive me, I'm so busy these days it's hard for me to find time to update the site, but I try my best and hope that there being a forum where you can be together with others interested in the series will be enough. ^_^

I dunno if you are aware but there's a third game also being developed in Japan at the moment (no news if it's slated to come over to America just yet).
