The hard drive on my mom's computer has passed on. There is now no computer in this house with internet. All posts will be made from my PS3 (which is a pain) or my Wii (which will only be when no one is home) until my dad gets a replacement, which will probably be something cheap. My mom really only uses her computer for Facebook and to write her newspaper columns.

Good evening, I am Jhang.
Long ago, back when I was a wee lad, I was a fan of the dungeon crawling games of the likes of Wizardry, Might And Magic, Lands of Lore, and The Bard's Tale. My mother had been a fan of them, and as such, I enjoyed the glut of games tossed aside as scraps. From the ashes of these spent games, I taught myself the ancient arts of the CRPG. But as I grew into the 7th Wizardry, the 7th Might and Magic, and even Mordor, that one really good CRPG that I found in my young AOL days, it soon became apparent that my genre was dying. The last game for me was Wizardry 8, before, it seemed, the genre had finally died. There were no more dungeon crawls of the like for me to discover, only the past to look back upon, and reflect on bittersweet memories.
And then I discovered Etrian Odyssey.
I am fairly new to Etrian Odyssey, having picked up The Drowned City around October of 2010. It is easy to say it is my current favorite game, and an excessive waster of my time. I am interested in getting to take part in the fan community for this game, as being a fan of extremely hard first-person CRPGs has turned out to be a long and lonely path.
Outside of Etrian Odyssey, I am a senior in college, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Computer Science. I am a roleplayer, and a gamer in general. My favorite genres are RPGs, FPSs, and strategy games. Sadly, I can't think of any other interesting hobbies. I once had a personality, until accounting cured that.
I hope to get to know more of you, and have fun as part of the Golden Deer Pub community! Until then, lets see how these darn signatures work....
