Ello all.
A few years ago, I tried EO and got faced stomped by a normal party. I promptly put the game down and played other titles. I then tried EO2, got stuck because of lack of money, and promptly put the game down and played other titles. I started(?) EO3 but couldn't develop enough interest to actually play the first hour. Actually, I don't even think I got pass building a map. Which brings me to EO4.
EO4 is awesome.
Though I miss the stat customization of EOII, the casual mode makes an incredible difference. I know I'm playing it easy, but it's enough of a challenge for me to still play careful while enjoying the overall game. The only reason why is stuck with the EO series is because of how much it reminds me of tabletop rpgs. Add in the synergy, exploration, boss battles, and strategy and you have me hooked... but difficulty!? Man oh man, the difficult in the first 3(?) is rough. However, if I can finish EO4, I will definitely head back to the first 3 to try them out.
Anyways, this is my howdy do to all of you. Hope to see you around.
