Hiya Nesmon! Welcome to ItL
We have several folks from France here now, don't we?
For many skills, going from level 9 to 10 doesn't increase the effectiveness/strength a whole lot, but does make the skill much more costly in TP. Not sure if this applies to the skills you're looking at, but it's something to keep in mind. Same for skill level 4→5.

Welcome to the newcomers! Also I'm back, I'm currently working at a call center until the end of April. It kept me so busy and exhausted I didn't have much time and energy to lurk around there.

Hoooo boy. I wonder if anyone even remembers me at this point. yeesh.
So uh. Depression is a thing. suicidal thoughts are a thing. spent the last few months since I've disappeared in and out of the ER. been in and out of Therapy, and being under constant surveillance.
I dunno if I can still be like... ACTIVE, but... yeah. my "hello/goodbye" update. maybe this shoulda been on the rant thread? dunno. but yeah.
thats my situation. I still exist guys! I swear!
