Also, why do you call it a kitsune face? The ^s are eyes, not ears.

Because Kitsune are supposed to have to have a shifty face with squinty, upcurving eyes. Like ^_^

In legend, this is the only way you can tell one apart from a regular human, since their disguise is otherwise flawless and they can hide their ears.

I suppose if you add ears to the equation, its more like:
