Assuming we're doing anime scenes...

I'm thinking Azumanga Daioh could give you a great number of scenes you need, especially the Sports Day episode (triumph, satisfaction, huge success) Or another school type anime can get you a lot of that sort of imagery.
As for the science theme... Anissina von Karbelnikoff from Kyo Kara Maoh immediately comes to mind, especially since her inventions tend to be convoluted and explosive (fits in with the "look at me still talking, when there's science to do" and "I'm doing science and I'm still alive") And then there's Yutaka Watari from Yami no Matsusei, who is another wacky scientist character -- with lab coat and everything -- and would also work well for some of those same lines.
As for the cake references, I'm thinking Honey from Ouran Host Club would be perfect, especially "anyway this cake is great, it's so delicious and moist" -- or even if you don't use Honey himself, there's still cake imagery that you could use.
for "I'm not even angry; I'm being so sincere right now" ...
this. This would be perfect.
